When using TWS earbuds, one side work, both side not work

Some friends have asked me: "With TWS Bluetooth earphones, when using one side, it works fine. But when using both sides at the same time, the earphones stop working. What's going on? How can I fix it?"

This is actually a pairing issue between the earbuds. You'll need to repair them.

First, forget the Bluetooth pairing name of the earphones on your phone, and turn off your phone’s Bluetooth.

Then, take both the left and right earbuds out of the charging case at the same time and wait for about 10 seconds. When you see one earbud’s indicator light turn red and the other blue, that means the re‑pairing between the earbuds is successful.

Finally, turn your phone’s Bluetooth back on and pair it with the earphones as usual.

After that, both earbuds should work normally together.
